Where do I start? We have two elderly dogs, one of which is a rescue and very very nervous, and seven lively chickens. It made sense for us to have someone stay in our home to keep the dogs as settled as possible in their routine. Thank goodness we found House and Home Sitters. Dave was so very professional and easy to deal with. Once everything was explained etc., Dave set up some video chats with potential sitters. We were very lucky to have Jo Steer look after our furry and feathered friends! Confident and calm she was, exactly what was needed. She kept us regularly updated with photos and videos. The security aspect of having someone stay at our house which is in a somewhat rural setting also gave us real peace of mind. We returned to both very content and happy dogs and chickens. The house was left clean and tidy. What’s not to like?! For all family vacations from now on, Dave will be our first point of contact before we finalise our dates!
