Whitelist Us at House and Home Sitters

This article tells you how to ensure you receive emails from us at House and Home Sitters, and see that these do not land in your junk or spam folder. Sometimes the spam blockers used by Internet Service Providers (ISPs), email software providers, and webmail applications may block email you actually want to receive. If you do not see an email from us in your Inbox, our email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder. Please search your spam folder and if you find an email from us, open it and mark it as “Not spam.”

Also add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts, or address book. This process is known as “whitelisting” and you will see instructions below for all the main email services.

If your email sender or spam filter is not listed, no matter what email system you use, simply find the most recent email you wish to whitelist, then add the address in the “From” line to your address book or contacts list.

If messages continue to land in your junk or spam folder, contact your ISP or spam filter support and ask how to whitelist the email. If you’re using some sort of spam filtering or blocking software yourself (apart from what your ISP provides), we also list below instructions on how to exclude your subscription from some of the more popular email ISPs.
